Jilted Boyfriend Kills Ex-Lover

A 21-year-old South African lady identified as Zolile Khumalo has been shot dead by her ex-boyfriend after she called off their relationship.

Khumalo, a student of the Mangosuth University of Technology, was in the early hours of Wednesday, confirmed dead by her roommate in their hostel room.

The guy who is a former student of the school shot miss Khumalo dead in front of her roommate.

According to a post on LagosLately’s Instagram page, the girl’s ex-boyfriend gained access to her hostel by signing in using his friend’s name.

It is said that he asked his friend to knock on Khumalo’s door on his behalf. As soon as she opened the door, they got into an argument that ended up with him shooting her in front of her roommate.

The ex-boyfriend has been arrested and would soon be charged to court.

The school authority has released a statement reacting to the gruesome murder of one of its students.
