Haven’t You Humiliated, Disgraced Melaye Enough? Fani Kayode Asks Buhari
Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, on Thursday, queried President Muhammadu Buhari over the arrest and arraignment of the senator representing Kogi West, Dino Melaye.
The former minister, in a statement via his Twitter handle, said Buhari has humiliated and disgraced the senator enough.

According to him, Buhari was against Melaye because the lawmaker was opposing the current All Progressives Congress-led Federal Government.
He said: “This is nothing but cruelty and wickedness. @MBuhari, have you not humiliated and disgraced @dino_melaye enough? And all because he had the guts to oppose you?
“Call your thugs to order and do not allow them to kill this man! If you can do this to a Senator then no one is safe!”
Recall that the senator was arraigned by a Senior Magistrate court 2 in Lokoja, Kogi State, which remanded him in prison for 38 days.

Melaye is being accused of gunrunning, kidnapping, amidst others.
