JUST IN: Buhari Addresses Nigerians Monday

President Muhammadu Buhari will address the nation in a broadcast on Monday.

The national coordinator of the presidential task force on COVID-19, Aliyu Sani, made the disclosure on Channels TV on Sunday

The president’s address is coming as the first of three phases of the gradual easing of the COVID-19 lockdown elapses on Monday.

Buhari is expected to announce the next phase and measures to be taken by individuals and businesses in the country.

Aliyu said the president would decide whether or not the country would go ahead with the second phase of the phased easing of the lockdown.
