The country has been on partial lockdown for about six weeks, due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

The Prime Minister, who announced this in a televised address on May Day, said that the country needed to reopen because it could only survive when people go to work and do their businesses.

He however directed that economic sectors that involve large workforce would remain shut.

“Beginning May 4, almost all economic sectors will be allowed to open with
conditions; this is important as business and work are sources of income.
