Mobil Oil To Join League Of Delisted Companies From NSE

The board of directors of 11 Plc (Mobil Plc) has disclosed its plans to delist from the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).

The company announced this in a notice to the bourse, where it said the proposal was subject to shareholders approval at the company’s Annual General Meeting which has been slated for June 2, 2020.

11 Plc also said that it would restructure its business by transferring its real estate unit to 11 Hospitality Limited.

It also stated that 11 Plc would carry on the downstream business of the company.
