NASS Election: ‘I’ll Work With All Of You If You Vote Me,’ Lawan Pledges

Nigerian senator representing the All Progressive Congress in the Yobe North Constituency of Yobe State, Ahmed Ibrahim Lawan and senate president candidate has promised to work with all lawmakers if voted.

He made the promise while accepting his nomination for the position before elected senators on Tuesday. 

Ndume said if he is elected, it will be an opportunity to walk together as a team and remain united.

He said, “I believe at the end of the day we should give glory to God that we have come and worked and delivered.

“We are still faced with the challenges of security, Let us all come together irrespective of our party. Let us provide the climate for employment.

“We have to come together to create an economy that works for all Nigerians.

“If you elect me, I will work with all of you, I will ensure that our political differences will not hinder us from performing our responsibilities.”
