Onnoghen Loses At Court Of Appeal
The suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen, today, lost on the suits he filed at the Court of Appeal.

Onnoghen had challenged the jurisdiction of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT to hear the charges of false asset declaration brought against him.

He also challenged the exparte order on which he was suspended by the President.
