Osun Guber: INEC Blames Card Reader Malfunction, Disruption For Inconclusive Poll

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has stated reasons for declaring the Osun governorship election which held on Saturday, September 22 inconclusive.

INEC in a statement by Prince Solomon Soyebi, National Commissioner and Chairman, Information and Voter Education Committee, listed card reader malfunction, disruption at polling units, over voting and no voting as reasons.
