PEF Seeks Closer Ties With NNPC, Lauds Disappearance Of Fuel Queues

The Executive Secretary of Petroleum Equilization Fund (PEF) Ahmed Bobboi applauded the Nigerian National Petroleum Corperation (NNPC) for ensuring that the menace of fuel scarcity during the yuletide season was tackled.


Bobboi said this when the management of NNPC Retail led by the Managing Director, Billy Okoye, paid a courtesy visit to strengthen existing ties between the two organizations.

During the meeting okeye gave updates on the NRL activities for floating Mega Station.

The MD had earlier explained that smooth operation of the 12 floating Mega Stations would help to guarantee petroleum products penetration into the far recesses of littoral communities in the region.


This, he said was in line with the aspiration of the NNPC management to ensure operational efficiency across all tiers of the industry value chain.

NNPC retail is the downstream subsidiary of the corporation with interest in retail marketing, sales and distribution of petroleum products.

Bobboi , also commended the NNPC on the launch of it’s lubricants and stated that PEF would work closely with the Corporation on more efficient distribution of petroleum products and lubricants to all Nigerians.
