The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja had on March 4 ordered Oshiomhole to stop parading himself as the APC national chairman pending the outcome of a suit seeking his removal as national chairman of the ruling party.

Some APC stalwarts had approached the court to demand Oshiomhole’s removal after the APC chairman was suspended from the chapter of the party in his state.

The appeal court is expected to deliver a ruling to determine whether or not Oshiomhole should remaining the ruling party’s national chairman.
