Poor Jamb Result: Girl Commits Suicide By Drinking 3 Bottles Of Sniper
An 18-year-old girl identified as Loveth has reportedly killed herself over her inability to reach the cut-off mark in the 2018 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
According to The Nation, Loveth lives in Ekiugbo, Ughelli North local government area of Delta State with her parents.

She was said to have been displeased with the 163 mark she scored, which prompted her into taking her own life on 14th March, 2018.
Loveth reportedly consumed three bottles of Sniper which was found by her side in the morning.
Some residents in the area said Loveth had gone to check her result the previous day and realized her score was far lower than she had expected, hence preventing her from securing admission to the university to study her “dream course”.
Over 1.4 million people across the country are said to have registered for the 2018 UTME, which kicked off on March 9th, and expected to end on the 17th.
