Scores Feared Dead As Bus Collides With Truck In Germany
No fewer than 18 people are feared dead after a bus collided with a truck in Bavaria, Germany on Monday, German officials say.
The bus which was carrying about 48 people, including a tour group from the eastern part of the country burst into flames after the collision, government spokesman Steffen Seibert told a news conference.
“Unfortunately numerous people – a tour group from (the eastern German state of) Saxony – lost their lives in this burning bus,” Seibert said.

Police said on Twitter that “a number of people” had died with 31 people injured, some of them seriously.
