A former chairman of the Committee on Appropriation, Abdulmumuni Jibrin, has accused the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara and three others of bribing members of the house with a sum of “$25,000”, to pass a vote of confidence on him.
In a series of tweet, Jibrin revealed that the quartet opened a vote of confidence register at his Asokoro guest house located at Wilbeford Juta crescent.
