Anthony Elujoba, a former Vice-Chancellor of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, has reportedly been remanded by an Osun State High Court over alleged diversion of N1.4 billion and abuse of office.

Elujoba, alongside OAU’s bursar, Josephine Akeredolu are facing seven-count charge of criminal related offences, Premium Times reports.

The duo, who both denied any wrongdoing, had earlier been arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, over the alleged fraud.
