Ajimobi Dies At 70

The Deputy National Chairman (South) of All progressives Congress, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, who is also the immediate past governor of Oyo State is dead.

He was rumored to have died last week But his aides debunked the rumour.

Sources close to Ajimobi told our correspondent that the former governor who tested positive for COVID-19 died at a highbrow private hospital in Lagos.

It was gahered that he had diabetes which worsened the coronavirus.

He died at the age of 70 on the day the National working committee of the APC was dissolved.
