Baba Ijesha Appears In Lagos Court With Two SANs

Nollywood actor, Olanrewaju Omiyinka , popularly known as Baba Ijesha, has hired two Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SANs) to defend him as he faces trial over allegations of child molestation.

The two SANs who announced their appearance before Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo during Thursday’s proceedings at a Special Offences Court in Ikeja, Lagos, are Dada Awosika (SAN) and Babatunde Ogala (SAN).

Comedian, Damilola Adekoya, also known as princess who accused Baba Ijesha of sexually molesting her 14-year-old foster daughter was also present in court for proceedings.

Nollywood actor, Yomi Fabiyi, who has been supporting Baba Ijesha, was also seen in the courtroom.

Recall that on June 16, a Yaba Chief Magistrate Court denied Baba Ijesha bail, and remanded him in police custody till 13 July, 2021.
