Breaking: Akeredolu Wins

The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in Ondo State, Mr Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, has won   the election held in the state on Saturday.

Akeredolu, who is also the incumbent governor, polled  a total number of 292,830 votes to beat other contestants in the race.

The candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the poll, Eyitayo Jegede, came second with a total number of 195,780 votes.
