American record producer, rapper and entrepreneur, Andre Romelle Young, popularly known as Dr. Dre, has revealed that one of his main goals in his career, will be a joint European tour with Kendrick Lamar, Eminem, and Snoop Dogg.
The American rapper said that he has never had the opportunity of taking a full stage to Europe, he therefore proposes to take the full production as part of ways to reciprocate the love Europe has shown him throughout his career life.
According to him, if the plan materializes it will be called the “Beats and Rhymes”.
In an interview with The Pharmacy Beats 1 radio show, hosted by Snoop Dogg, the multiple award winning producer said his dream right now is to take his ideas across Europe.
“This is one of the things that I’ve dreamed about doing. I want to call it ‘Beats & Rhymes’.
“I want it to be me and Snoop. I want it to be Eminem. I want it to be Kendrick Lamar.
“Take our full stage over there and show Europe the same amount of love that they been showing me throughout my entire career. So, that’s my dream. Hopefully we can make that happen.
“I’m 30 years in the game right now and I’ve never been able to take my full production over to Europe. Me and Snoop, we’ve been over there. Me and Eminem have been over there, but it’s just been spot dates and taking a microphone over there with a DJ.
“I’ve never had the opportunity to take the full production over there, and take my full body of ideas over there and present it to all the people over there in Europe that’s been representing and showing me love throughout my entire 30-year career.”
In a response, host, Snoop Dogg suggested an alternate tour name, he said; “Your dream sounds like Woodstock on steroids, Let’s call it Hoodstock.”
