The president of JSICCS, Aliyu Mohammed, who spoke to THE WHISTLER, said that the buildings in the estate can be owned by members of staff if they pay for it.

“It is for the members of JAMB and they are to pay for it because it is the cooperative that built it; and it is not for rentage; it’s ownership.

He also said that thirty five buildings (phase one) are currently standing while 37 other buildings (phase two) are underway.

JAMB’s Registrar also said that the location of the estate would provide much added value for other processes and also serve some strategic interests of the Board.
