Some party leaders are also presently at loggerheads in some APC controlled states, including Edo, and Imo states.

The APC leadership appointed Chief Bisi Akande as the chairman of the 12-member committee to reconcile its members in such states.

“The Committee is empowered to address grievances of party members across the country and resolve existing conflicts, all with a view to fostering oneness, strengthen the party for better governance and ensure unity of purpose within the party,” said Issa-Onilu.

The party said the committee will be inaugurated on Tuesday February 11, at its national secretariat in Abuja.
