Jibrin Alleges Plots By Dogara, Others To Abduct Him
The former Chairman of the House of Representatives’ Committee on Appropriation, Mr. Abdulmumin Jibrin, has alleged plots by the quartet of speaker, Yakubu Dogara; deputy speaker, Yusuf Lasun; House Whip, Alhassan Doguwa, and Minority Leader, Leo Ogor, to kidnap him.
Jibrin made the allegation while responding to reports published in some quarters of the media, stating that he was summoned by the disciplinary committee of his party, the All Progressives Party (APC) over his recent allegations against Dogara and nine others, being involved in the budget padding scandal.
But in a series of tweets via his official handle, Jibrin noted that he was never invited by a disciplinary committee as reported.

He refuted claims that the party had made several attempt to reach him through calls and text messages, adding that “it would have been very difficult for me to attend because of attempt by QUARTET of Speaker Dogara and others who were determined to kidnap me.”
