Keyamo Directs NDE To Assist Sokoto Orphanage With Vocational Tools
Minister of State, Labor and Employment, Festus Keyamo, has directed the National Directorate of Employment to equip an orphanage in Sokoto with vocational tools.
Keyamo stressed on Saturday that the orphanage afforded children the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills.

“As part of my 3-day official visit to Sokoto, I visited an orphanage earlier today housing children from some Northern States where they acquire regular, vocational and technical education.
“I directed the NDE under my supervision to assist the orphanage with more vocational tools,” he tweeted.
Our correspondent gathered that the minister was in the state to also follow up on the disbursement of NDE microloans to about 2,400 youths in the state.
The NDE’s mandate is weaved around job creation and employment generation, among others.
