Lagos Govt Shuts Down Hotel, Night Club In Badagry

The Lagos State government has shut down a hotel and a night club in the state for violating the new guidelines issued by the state.

According to the special adviser to the governor, Solomon Bonu, the affected facilities include Maggi Hotel and Tambari Theatre Art Night Club in Badagry West.

Bonu expressed displeasure over the development,adding that legal actions would be instituted against the owners of the facilities to serve as warning to others.

Meanwhile, Governor Nyesom Wike had ordered the demolition of two hotels in Rivers State on Sunday for flouting the lockdown guidelines given by the state government.
