PDP Appoints Kingsley Chinda, Joy Emordi, Others Into Edo Guber Screening Committee

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) National Working Committee (NWC) says it has approved the nomination of the following to serve on the Screening Committee to screen all aspirants for the forth coming 2020 governorship election in’ Edo State.

The committee, according to the National Organizing Secretary of the party, Austin Akobundu (rtd), has as its Chairman, Rt. Hon. Kingsley Chinda, with Oladimeji Fabiyi (Member), Joy Emordi (Member), Hajiya Aishat Hasindu (Member) and Boyele Debekeme (Secretary).

The screening exercise, the statement also revealed, would take place on Friday, June 5th at NWC Hall, Wadata Plaza, Abuja by 10:00am.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had fixed 10 October as the date for the conduct of the governorship election in the state.
