Police Confirm Abduction Of Father, Son In Abuja
The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) police command has confirmed the abduction of a father and his son in Abuja.
The FCT police spokesperson, Mariam Yusuf, confirmed the incident via text message sent to THE WHISTLER on Sunday.

Some gunmen were said to have invaded the victims’ residence at the Kuchiko Relocation Development Area (KRDA), Bwari Local Council, FCT, in the early hours of Sunday.
During the attack, they also attempted to abduct another resident but soldiers from the Defence College, Bwari, whom the gang engaged in a gun battle, foiled it.
Yusuf told our correspondent, “We have launched a strategic operation to rescue the victims unhurt and are trailing the suspects”.
The FCT has recorded pockets of attacks and abductions in suburbs like Kubwa, Bwari, Kuje and Gwagwalada.
