Qatar 2020: Super Eagles Drawn In Group C Alongside Liberia, Others

The Super Eagles of Nigeria have been drawn in Group C of the Qatar 2022 World Cup qualifiers alongside Cape Verde, Liberia and Central African Republic.

The preliminary draw was made Tuesday in Cairo as the next phase of the World Cup qualifying which will decide the continents representatives in Quarter.

The draw involved 14 first round winners along with the 26 highest ranked national teams in the continent as released by Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) in December 2019.

Nigeria in the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia was drawn against Argentina, Croatia and Island, with the Eagles crashing out of the competition in the group stage.
