Sequel to an Appeal Court ruling that overturned the judgment of Justice Okon Abang in the Ondo PDP gubernatorial race, Nigerians have taken to social media knock the “notorious” judge for his many “sins”.
In the ruling on Wednesday, Justice Salauwa set aside the court judgement that gave INEC order to publish Jimoh Ibrahim’s name, ordering the electoral body to re-instate Eyitayo Jegede as the rightful candidate.
Justice Abang is widely known for giving conflicting court rulings mostly against the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
It would be recalled that Abang, on October 14, had ordered the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) to recognize candidate of the Ali Modu Sheriff-led faction of PDP, Jimoh Ibrahim, while disposing Jegede, who prior to his ruling, was recognized as the authentic PDP candidate.

It should be clear by now that, by his rulings, Justice Abang is more interested in destroying PDP than in serving justice.

Personally, I strongly think Justice Abang needs to be investigated. His judgments of recent are disgrace to the bench.
