VIDEO: Enugu Rerun: Returning Officer Caught With Already Written Result Sheet

A presiding officer in one of the polling units of Igboeze North Local Government Area of Enugu State was Saturday caught with already written results sheets.

Igboeze North is the local government area of the candidate of the Labour Party, Hon Dennis Agbo; that of the Peoples Democratic Party, Mr Simon Atigwe, and All Progressives Congress’s candidate, Dr Oby Aji.

The rerun followed the nullification of the election of Agbo due to the omission of the logo of APC in the results sheets in 166 polling units of the constituency.

The presiding officer, who was captured in a viral video identified himself as Rolland Ugwuja, and presides over Igogoro unit. He claimed that the already written results sheets were given to him by the Independent National Electoral Commission.
