Why People Were Climbing Tress To See Buhari – Presidency

The presidency has spoken on why people were climbing trees to see President Muhammadu Buhari during his visit to Jigawa state.

In a statement, Lauretta Onochie, Buhari’s social media aide said the act was because her principal remained the anti-corruption champion of Africa.

She wrote, “Buhari’s supporters in Jigawa said ‘this is not a Christmas tree.

“No. It’s Buharists’ ‘It’s Buharists doing all they will to welcome their leader to Jigawa State.

“And why not. Since they last saw him, he has become the Anti-Corruption Champion of Africa. He has also gone ahead to conquer America.

“It’s Sai Baba and Sai Buhari. All the way! God bless Nigeria.”
