Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Tambuwal, has reportedly made his way to the podium at the Government House in the state to announce his defection to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), according to emerging videos.

THE WHISTLER earlier reported that Governor Tambuwal had last week shifted his defection from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) to opposition PDP due to strategic consultations he was holding with traditional elders and stakeholders in the state.
