BREAKING: Gunmen Kidnap Minister’s Brother In Kano

On Monday, gunmen kidnapped Babawuro Tofai, brother to the Minister of Agriculture, Sabo Nanono, from his residence in Kano State.

The personal assistant to the minister, Umar Wali, confirmed the abduction to newsmen.

According to Wali, the gunmen attacked Sabo’s residence at about 1: 00 am on Monday.

“Before abducting Babawuro Tofai, a young boy in the house was also beaten and he sustained a fracture in the course of the attack,’’ said Wali.

He, however, said they were yet to get communication with the abductor.
