BREAKING: Sanusi Goes Into Exile As Aminu Ado Bayero Named New Emir Of Kano
Aminu Ado Bayero has been named as the new Emir of Kano following the dethronement of Muhammadu Sanusi II on Monday.
Meanwhile, there is confusion over the whereabouts of Sanusi who has reportedly gone into exile following his dethronement by Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State.

Reports had emerged that the emir had been banished from Kano State and may seek asylum in Nasarawa state for the rest of his life.
Some of the reports said security agents had escorted Sanusi to an unknown town.
An opinion leader in Kano who spoke to THE WHISTLER on Monday, could also not confirm the whereabouts of the Emir, but said that as at 3 p.m. on Monday, Sanusi was still in the palace.
Ado-Bayero is one of the sons of the late Emir of Kano, Alhaji Ado Bayero, the predecessor of Sanusi.
