Buhari Offers Condolences To London Over Britons Attack

Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari has sent a condolence message to the United Kingdom over Wednesday’s terrorist attack that left cores dead.

The attack, which occurred near the United Kingdom Parliament Building at Westminster, London, has reportedly left a death toll of five, the UK Telegraph reports.

In his condolence to the British Prime Minister, Theresa May, President Buhari “assured her that the government and people of Nigeria stand with Britons at this sad and trying moment in their country.”

“Terror attack anywhere in the world is condemnable,” Buhari told May in a statement by his Special Adviser on Media, Femi Adesina.

The President further enjoined the whole world to join hands in combating terrorism, praying that God Almighty comforts families of the slain victims.
