COVID-19: Donald Trump Approves $2.96 Billion For Vulnerable Americans

The President of the United States, Donald Trump, says 2.96 billion dollars have been earmarked for Americans who were negatively impacted by the covid-19 pandemic.

He made the disclosure in a tweet on Tuesday.

“I am allocating $2.96 BILLION in Emergency Solutions Grants to support homeless Americans and those at risk of becoming homeless because of job or wage loss, or illness due to COVID-19,” he tweeted.

According to him, his administration would work for the economic progress of the country and its citizens.

“We are taking care of our Nation’s most vulnerable citizens. Thanks Secretary Carson!,” he tweeted.

Meanwhile, his political rival, on Tuesday, further blamed Trump for the rate of unemployment in the country.

“13 million people who had jobs when you took office are unemployed today,” Biden tweeted, challenging Trump’s economic empowerment position.
