#EndSARS: Abia Gov Calls ‘Special Stakeholders’ Townhall Meeting

Abia State Governor, Okezie Victor Ikpeazu, has invited political, religious, traditional and youth leaders to a special townhall meeting scheduled for Monday, 26th October, 2020.

In a statement issued on Saturday by the governor’s chief of staff, A. C. B. Agbazuere, the governor said the meeting, which would take place at Michael Okpara Auditorium, Umuahia, would commence at 2p.m.

Those invited to the meeting include the deputy governor, senators, members of the Abia State House of Assembly, Traditional and religious leaders, among others.

The governor mandated
Security agents to allow the invited persons free passage to attend the town hall meeting and return to their homes thereafter.

The guests are all expected to be seated before the arrival of the governor.
