I Started Prophecy In Primary School – Mbaka Replies Bishop Over Imo Prophecy

The spiritual director of the Adoration Ministry Enugu, Nigeria, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka, on Wednesday advised those who attack him over his prophecies to do something better with their time, stressing that prophecy was a spiritual gift he was born with.

He however, said that he had forgiven the Catholic Bishop of Enugu Diocese, Rev. Dr. Calistus Onaga and those who condemned him for making prophecies about the victory of Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State, at the Supreme Court.

Recall that the fiery priest had prophesied shortly after the declaration of Emeka Ihedioha of the Peoples Democratic Party as governor of Imo State that the All Progressive Congress candidate, Uzodinma would emerge the governor of the state at the court.

But after losing at the state election tribunal and at the court of appeal, Uzodinma went to the Supreme Court where Ihedioha’s election was nullified and he was declared the authentic winner of the election on January 14.

The priest on Wednesday revisited the controversy generated by his prophecies during the mid-week prayer session at Umuchigbo, Nike, Enugu.

He said: “You could recall that recently the Catholic Bishop of Enugu Diocese, the Most Rev. Dr. Calistus Onaga, instructed the Catholic faithful to disregard Mbaka’s prophecies.

“Those who attacked me are now losers. The Holy Spirit told me that Hope Uzodinma is going to become the governor of Imo State. My joy is that Ihedioha and Co were put to shame yesterday by the apex court.

“ If not because of God, the message of January 31st would have been truncated. And may I use this opportunity to tell the Church and those who are perturbed about my gift that the gift didn’t come because I am a priest.

“ I started prophesying when I was in primary and secondary schools. Then I had started doing mysterious things about God.

“Attacking me is a waste of time; that will not stop God from sending messages to me. So, you attackers, use your time and do meaningful something for yourself. I have forgiven you people. It is lack of foresight to understand the things of the spirit.”
