Onuorah, a father of four, who works as driver in the company that owned the car, confessed to have informed his friend, Okeh, a pork dealer at Coal Camp, Enugu, to arrange his gang to attack the car, having gotten the hint that the money would be conveyed to a certain location at that time.

Onuorah said: “I didn’t steal my Oga’s vehicle. I don’t even know those that carried out the robbery. But I revealed to Okeh that the car would carry the money, and asked him to get boys who can rob it. They shared the money and I did not collect because my conscience was paining me. I regretted my action.”

Nnaji Chukwuebuka aka Sky, aged 27, of Ibagwa Nike, Enugu East LGA is a cultist and former head of the Supreme Vikings Confraternity.

He was earlier arrested in October 2019 and while in custody, he faked illness and was granted bail and placed under police supervision. But in January 2020, he re-organised his cult group and started forcefully initiating young boys.

In his confession, he said: “We were initiating one guy when they caught me. I’m not a thief. I am regretting my actions. I advise those still members to repent because there is no gain. I have repented.”
