He had previously honoured invitations sent to him by the Department of State Services (DSS) after his recent interview on the killings in Southern Kaduna where he claimed that a northern state governor was the leader of the Boko Haram terrorists.

The radio station, Nigeria Info FM, where he was interviewed, was subsequently fined N5million by the National Broadcasting Commisson (NBC) for “unprofessional broadcast.”

But, speaking at a press conference,  his legal team revealed that the suit challenging the latest invitation had been filed.

The team is asking the court to make a judicial pronouncement on the latest invitation.
