NNPC : No Lives Lost In Lagos Filling Station Fire Outbreak

The Nigerian National petroleum Corporation(NNPC) has said that no live was lost as a result of the fire outbreak in one of it stations in Lagos.

Recall there was a fire outbreak at NNPC affiliate station Taibod Petroleum Ltd, located at College road, Yaya Abatan, Ogba, Lagos on Monday.

According to the station management, the fire came from one of the underground tanks.

This, it said, could have affected the siding diesel tanker (not discharging).

However, the management noted that the fire was extinguished totally and no mortality was recorded.

“The emergency team are trying to remove the wreckage.”
