PDP Condoles With Fayose Over Death Of Sister Who Was His ‘Prayer Warrior’

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Wednesday, consoled the former Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, over the demise of his sister, Madam Moji Ladeji (nee Fayose).

The party in a statement by its Spokesman, Kola Ologbondiyan, described Ladeji as “an exceptionally good-hearted personality,” who stood for her brother, Fayose, with wise counselling and prayers.

Ologbondiyan added that this contributed immensely to his success as governor.

He noted that the party shared in the pain of the Fayose and Ladeji families, adding that “our thoughts and prayers go out to them at this moment of grief.”

He said: “In our grief, we are however consoled that Madam Ladeji lived as a devout Christian and we believe that she has found rest in the bosom of the Saviour.

“Our party commiserates with the Fayose and Ladeji families and prays God to grant them the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.”
