PHOTO: Man On Alleged Suicide Mission Explodes In Ebonyi

A failed attempt to bomb a primary school in Ebonyi State on Tuesday has led to the death of the man allegedly wearing the explosives.

The incident occurred after the alleged suicide bomber was reportedly denied entry into the Amaizu/Amangballa Primary School.

The school is opposite a popular Eke Market, Afikpo, in the Afikpo North Local Government Area of the state.

Report said, the incident occurred at about 10 am on Tuesday.

Eyewitnesses say the bomber was seen running to a nearby bush following his inability to get entry into the school.

He could not explain his mission to the school and was reportedly denied entry.

Photo shows that the upper region of the suicide bomber had blown to pieces following the explosion.
