To many, Met Gala was an event full of glamour, but for 2- Chainz and his partner, it was the beginning of a life together forever as he proposed to her during the event.

Met Gala 2018 was far from the usual as it was a showcase of the heavenly feeling with the theme ‘Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination’.

The event, which held on Monday, was hosted by Rihanna, Amal Clooney, Donatella Versace, Anna Wintour and Stephen and Christine Schwarzman.

The Met Gala is an annual fundraising event for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute in New York City.

The celebrities came out in full form to interpret the theme of the event which marks the grand opening of the Costume Institute’s fashion exhibit for the year.
