Sanusi: Pastor Foresees ‘Something Great’ Coming The Way Of Deposed Emir

The senior pastor of the Trinity House Church, Lagos, Ituah Ighodalo, has foreseen “something good” coming the way of Muhammadu Sanusi II following his recent dethronement as the Emir of Kano by the Governor Abdullahi Ganduje-led Kano State government.

Pastor Ighodalo had visited Sanusi on his arrival to Lagos from Awe, Nasarawa State, where he had been banished after his dethronement.

In a video obtained by ChannelsTV, the cleric was seen praying for God to turn “the evil” meant for the deposed emir to good and “make something great” out of his dethronement.

“When one door shuts, you open another one and what people meant for evil will always turn to good. So, we thank you for the safe return of your son, our Emir, our brother, our father, our husband, our uncle.

“We thank you for keeping him, we thank you for not putting him to shame. We thank you that you are going to make something good out of this.

“We pray for Nigeria. We ask that Nigeria will change. We ask that Nigeria will accept the truth. We ask that Nigeria will be great again. Father lord, going forward, let there be good health, let there be prosperity and promote your son beyond what anybody could have ever imagined…” Ighodalo had said in his prayers.

Sanusi was deposed by Ganduje for allegedly disregarding his lawful instructions.

Meanwhile, the former emir was received by his wives, children and well-wishers when he arrived at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), Lagos, on Friday night.
