Show Your Credentials If You Have Integrity, PDP Taunts Buhari

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, on Friday, mocked President Muhammadu Buhari for failing to submit his academic credentials to the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

Recall that Buhari, the All Progressives Congress, APC presidential candidate, had claimed that his credentials are still with the military.

“I am the above-named person and the deponent of this affidavit herein. All my academic qualification documents as filled in my Presidential form, APC/001/2015 are currently with the Secretary of the Military Board as of the time of this affidavit,” he said in an affidavit to prove his claim.

Recall also that in 2014, controversy had trailed Buhari’s Secondary School certificate.

Reacting to the development, PDP’s spokesperson, Kola Ologbondiyan said even Buhari’s supporters would not accept NEPA Bill for WAEC in 2019.

“Integrity demands that you write to military authorities asking them to forward your credentials to INEC

“Even @MBuhari followers are not prepared to accept NEPA Bill for WAEC in 2019

“So, Mr President, Wey your certificate?” the tweet read.
