VIDEO: Defeated APC Candidate In Rivers Demands Bribe Refund From INEC Official
When it comes to elections and politicking in Nigeria, “wonders shall never end”.
A video has surfaced online showing Azubuike Nwajoku, an APC candidate in the botched re-rerun in Rivers State, shamelessly demanding the return of bribe money he paid to an INEC official to manipulate election result in his favour, as he was roundly defeated by the PDP candidate in the election.
In the video, Mr. Azubuike Nwajoku stormed into the collation center, walked straight to the INEC official and right in front of a shocked crowd said” “Where is my money?” “Where is my F%$&#g money?” . then he started to pull the table with sensitive election materials from the official as the crowd watched in shock.
As the bemused INEC official was still finding his words, when Mr. Azubuike dialed a number on his phone and repeatedly said “Where is the money you collected from me” “Where is the money?”

The INEC official in question was muttering some inaudible response that sounded something like “have you seen me before?, apart from that day, have you seen me?”.
As the argument continued, Mr. Azubuike started pulling the table again before some other INEC officials intervened and engaged him in a shouting match. This led to rancour of some sort before.
Interestingly the show of shame happened right before well armed police men, who stood helplessly and watched until calm returned.
