In a Statement On His Instagram Page, Young Said, ”Tiwa! I Know People Love You! Even Me… BUT I Still Have To Sue You Because You Stole My Sh*T! A Simple Dialogue Would Have Solved This But You Prefer It This Way. Now We Will Be In Court Discussing Some 200,000,000 Damages.”

A Press Release By The Law Firm Representing Him, Creative Legal, And Signed By Its Principal Attorney, Justin Ige Stated The Reason Why The Decision Was Made,“Piracy Is Bad Enough, But It Is Perhaps Worse When Creative People Appear To Completely Disrespect The Intellectual Property Rights Of Fellow Creatives. Such Conduct Should Not Be Without Due Consequences.”

Recall That On 23rd January, 2019, Barely 48 Hours After The Release Of The Song, Danny Young On His Page Started A Controversy Over The Copyright, Which Led To The Removal Of The Song From YouTube.
