US Poll: Trump, Biden In War Of Words Over Leadership Competence

As the November 3rd presidential election draws near, former United States Vice-President, Joe Biden and current President, Donald Trump, have heightened their attacks on each other’s leadership capabilities.

During the Democrat National Convention (DNC) floated on Biden’s Twitter page on Friday, he claimed that America was under “darkness” as a result of the Trump administration.

He argued that Trump “has failed in his most basic duty to this nation.”

According to him, only the removal of Trump from office would put America on the path of peace and progress.

“May history be able to say that the end of this chapter of American darkness began here, tonight as love and hope and light joined the battle for the soul of the nation.

“This campaign isn’t just about winning votes; it’s about winning the heart, and yes, the soul of America; young people deserve the experiences of America’s promise and they deserve it in full.

“He failed to protect us. He failed to protect America.
And that is unforgivable,” Biden said.

But, Trump tweeted back, accusing Biden of not doing what he preached.

Trump claimed that if Biden could not do much for the country in his over 40-year political career, then, he could do nothing now.

“In 47 years, Joe did none of the things of which he now speaks.

“He will never change, just words!,” Trump tweeted.
