Again Herdsmen Attack Benue Church, kill 7

At least 7 persons were killed on Thursday after gunmen suspected to be Fulani herdsmen invaded a church in Logo Local Government Area of Benue State.

This is coming after some suspected herdsmen reportedly killed over 16 people in Sengev Council Ward of Gwer West LGA of Benue State on Wednesday.

Richard Nyajo, Chairman of the council confirmed the attack as he said the bandit stormed the Mbamondo clan around 12.20am and attacked some displaced persons who were reportedly taking refuge at an African Church in the area, and eliminated seven of them.

Nyajo added that several houses were also destroyed during the invasion.
