Coronavirus: Kaduna Sets Up Mobile Courts To Try Violators Of Lockdown Order
The Kaduna State government has set up mobile courts to try violators of the lockdown order.
This is in a bid to curtail the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the state.
A statement posted on Facebook on Friday by the state Commissioner for internal security, Samuel Aruwan, said senior magistrates have been assigned to head 8 mobile courts within Kaduna and environs with immediate effect in Kawo, Rigacikun, Maraban Rido and Gabasawa.
Other locations include Kakuri, Rigasa, Magajin Gari and Sabon Tasha.
Kaduna currently has 9 confirmed cases of the disease in the state.
Few days ago, the state governor, Nasir Elrufai recovered from the disease after battling with it for some weeks.
