COVID-19: 1 Death, 173 Recoveries As Nigeria Records 390 New Cases

Nigeria has recorded 390 new cases of the virus in 20 states with the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) topping the list with 89 new infections.

The FCT has recorded more cases of the disease In the last four days alongside Kaduna, Nasarawa and Gombe States.

The new cases of the virus, however, take the total to 69,645.

Also, a total of five deaths was recorded in the last five days as the numbers increased to 1,181 as of December 8, 2020.

According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), 173 people got discharged on Monday hitting a total of 64,947.
